Sleepstalker

Sleepstalker is an alternative rock band formed in Oakland in 1999. The members of the band are Billie Joe Armstrong (vocals and lead guitar), Chris Barker (bass), Jason Freese (piano/keyboard), and Dominic Howard (drums). This band is mostly a side-project of its members because they all have their own bands. Sleepstalker doesn't play at arenas or at any big venues; they just keep it simple and play at small bars. It is also important to mention that live shows only happen occasionally. This makes it hard for many people to get tickets for the shows because the capacity of the bars tends to be very low and ticket prices are very cheap, so they run out quickly.

One characteristic Sleepstalker has is that a lot of time passes before they release a new album and play live. This is mostly due to he fact that its members only reunite every once in a while and not particularly to work in the studio. Because of this, Sleepstalker only has three albums: The End, Love Hate Nights, and its just released album Unless We Fail To Try. This album includes twelve tracks and two bonus tracks. There are also some b-sides that can be purchased at iTunes. When asked if Unless We Fail To Try was going to be their last album, the band members made it clear it surely wasn't and that we’ll be hearing from them for years to come.
